8x 3.2v 1500mah Lifepo4 cell modules 12,000mah - 1 bad row

Each of these packs has 2x 1s8p 3.2v 12000mah modules inside and each module has the main positive and negative wires coming out. There are 16 3.2v 1500mah 18650 cells inside however this module has a bad group of 8 cells. Just 50 cents per good cell. 

Module itself is roughly 2 lbs. Dimensions are 6" wide, 1.5" deep, 2.75" tall.
