Here are K2 12v batteries. They have 12 cells inside that are 26650 3.2v 3200mah lifepo4. Most of these models do not have a BMS. The value here is the enclosure and the 12 good cells. All batteries are resting above 12v so all cells have good voltage.

These batteries were used for backup emergency lighting so they likely have not seen too many cycles. They likely have some calendar degradation.
