They were recovered from lightly used larger battery packs. We tested a few random packs and they all tested above 90% capacity. All batteries are checked for good voltage and they are all balanced.
There is no BMS but they do come with the balance lead wires so you can easily add your own BMS. Would also make sense to do something like put 4 in series and add a 16s 48v lifepo4 BMS.
