Every battery is fully tested and includes a copy of the test report showing capacity and curve chart results. These all tested 100% or better capacity so they likely have never been used before.

A few overseas battery manufacturers supply thousands of different private label brands. When it comes to batteries what matters most is how good they test. These have various brand names printed on them but they are all lifepo4 chemistry and structurally similar.

Every battery has a built in BMS, bolts are included, and terminals are inspected.

They are assumed to be used because they were not in the original packaging however they are all fully tested.
