These batteries were left over from a large battery project. These batteries were placed into cell holders and never made it to production so they are still unused and never spot welded. Some have black marker on them as part of the building process but it does not impact the cells. They are naked so you will need insulator rings and shrink wrap. They have never been used and we tested a few and they tested 100%. All batteries have good voltage too. In this box some batteries may be higher voltage than the rest because we took them off the testers early after the capacity test. Most are in the 3.6v range but a few will be in the 4v range. Just noticed right before listing we had some still on the testing cabinet and I put them in the box.

Dates on most of the boxes in this batch were 2017-2018. These are one of the best cells on the market and we have them at an amazing price.
