We recovered these units in working condition from battery backup units. They are tested and working.

The only thing it is missing is the carrying handle. Also the on/off button is just the 2 wires. You can connect the 2 wires together to turn on the unit and disconnect the 2 wires to turn off the unit. Or simply add your own 2 wire on/off button. The main red and black battery cables are included.
