These batteries have either 1 bad row of cells or a bad BMS. You can recover at least 98 32650 3.2v 3000mah 9.6wh cells from each module guaranteed. If you are looking to recover 32650 lifepo4 cells this is the best option. Just $1/cell plus it is likely some of the packs have no bad cells and the issue is just the BMS, in which case you would get 112 good cells. If you get a pack with no bad cells then the BMS was bad. We checked tons of these and all the modules either had 1 bad group of cells or a bad BMS.

You also get an awesome enclosure with posts, some nice wiring, and an 8s BMS.
