This auction is for 8 Super Beast modules for parts or repair.

Over the years we have accumulated some modules that had issues with unbalance or some bad cells inside. We are auctioning off 8 per pallet here. This is a perfect opportunity to get Headway cells with holders, busbars, relays, fuses, enclosures, fans, etc.

In additional to all the valuable accessories included in this lot you will get a total of 384 Headway cells. Cells under 1v we consider to be "dead". Usually if they go under 1v you can recharge them but often times they have self discharge issues.

This particular lot you will get around 318 out of 384 cells that will cycle just fine and have good voltage. The rest of the cells you can try to test but it is likely they will self discharge or have issues.

These modules have 48 headway cells inside and they are configured in 8s6p (24v). You get copper busbars, holders, steel enclosure, balance leads for a BMS, etc. You also get a fan, fuse, and a relay that you can reuse or remove easily.

This module can be disassembled with just regular screw drivers and wrenches. Super easy to work with. You will not be disappointed. The busbars in the middle are plates with the positive and negative cells screwed directly to each other which is the absolute best way to make connections on these cells. It's basically a threaded rod and the cells screw into each other in the center of the module.

BMS balance lead pin layout is in the 6th photo. You can cut the wires and connect them to your BMS if you plan on rebuilding these.

These are used modules.

If you plan on rebuilding these into something else, if you over tighten your bolts it could damage the cell. If you have a torque wrench set it to 3nm. Do not tighten over 4nm.

Auction Rules:

1. You must create an account or sign in to place a bid. This is to ensure the integrity of the auction.
2. Popcorn bidding is enabled to eliminate last second bids. If a bid is placed last second the time of the auction will extend for 2 minutes. If you get outbid last second you will have 2 minutes to place another bid.
3. If you win the auction an email will be immediately and automatically sent to you. If you want to set up your own shipping just choose local pickup.
4. The freight quotes in our estimator are tied into our account so they are the actual rates we get. If you win more than 1 auction of course the freight cost per pallet will be cheaper when we combine the shipment into one.
