These batteries come with a steel enclosure which can also be mounted.
These 8 batteries are great for recovering cells, holders, busbars, wiring, and enclosures. They are for parts/repair because they are either unbalanced or some discharged cells. Some modules are 7s3p with 21 cells and some are 7s4p with 28 cells. One module is 10s6p with 60 cells. Below is a list of the modules in this lot and the current condition. Good voltage means cells have at least 1v and will recharge. Unbalanced means all cells have good voltage but the groups are not all the same voltage. Cells are 3.7v 8ah SPIM08HP.
Module #1 - all 21 cells all have good voltage - module is unbalanced
Module #2 - all 21 cells all have good voltage - module is unbalanced
Module #3 - 16 out of 28 cells have good voltage
Module #4 - 60 out of 60 cells have good voltage
Module #5 - 9 out of 21 cells have good voltage
Module #6 - 0 out of 21 cells have good voltage
Module #7 - 0 out of 21 cells have good voltage
Module #8 - 0 out of 21 cells have good voltage
In this lot you get roughly 214 8ah cells. 127 of them likely will cycle just fine. That's around 59% of the cells. We recommend to test each cell before rebuilding into a new pack.
Each module has 21-28 cells, busbars, holders, and already in 7s4p or 7s3p 24v configuration with proper compression and mounting brackets. The one 36v module is 10s6p configuration. You even get posts to add your BMS balance leads with ring terminals. The balance wires from the bottom of the battery come to the top so you do not need to remove the base to add your BMS. It is super easy to add a BMS to this unit. This module is built to push 300 amps continuous and can pulse over 600 amps! This is a true power module, if you need a lot of power in a small space this is what you want. Or if you want to power a forklift, golf cart, trolling motor, RV, high power E-bikes, etc.
You also get 2 12v fans. If you want you can actually set up a temperature system that triggers the fans on and off. Each fan has a positive and negative wire. To power the fans with this battery you can connect the fans in series to make a 24v fan system. Use a temperature sensor to trigger the fans on and off. The fans will blow air through the enclosure as they are built for that. You can also add a heating element to these batteries which we also sell and they fit inside the hole where the fans are. In theory you could have over temp trigger just the fans and under temp trigger the fans and heating element.
The fan assembly unscrews within seconds if you want to remove that part. The enclosure is just screws as well. We recommend keeping the enclosure together because it is steel and adds a nice layer of safety. Just remove the top of the case to gain access to add your BMS.
Module weight is roughly 40 lbs.
Pack Dimensions 14" long x 7" wide x 10" tall
Fully charged voltage 29.4v (4.2v per cell)
Nominal voltage 25.9v (3.7v per cell)
Fully discharged voltage 19.6v (2.8v per cell)
The busbars are copper and depending on the temperature amperage rating you can easily push much higher than we stated earlier. The cells themselves being in 3p-4p configuration in theory can be charged up to 360 amps and can discharge at 600 amps. Of course we don't recommend to push any battery to their maximum levels. Also these are not your typical 300-800 cycle lithium cells, these are rated for over 2000 cycles and many of our customers have built these cells into their own modules before we were finally able to negotiate getting the entire modules with the busbars and holders.

1. You must create an account or sign in to place a bid. This is to ensure the integrity of the auction.
2. Popcorn bidding is enabled to eliminate last second bids. If a bid is placed last second the time of the auction will extend for 2 minutes. If you get outbid last second you will have 2 minutes to place another bid.
3. If you win the auction an email will be immediately and automatically sent to you. If you want to set up your own shipping just choose local pickup.
4. The freight quotes in our estimator are tied into our account so they are the actual rates we get. If you win more than 1 auction of course the freight cost per pallet will be cheaper when we combine the shipment into one.
5. Local pickups Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm at 1375b Adams Rd Bensalem, PA. 19020. Weekend pickup by appointment only.
6. Our email is email@example.com. Phone number is 215-383-9009.
7. All auctions are final and as-is. We do our best to accurately and honestly describe the products in the auction to eliminate guessing and uncertainty.
Our goal is to create a superior auction experience. The ability to calculate freight cost before bidding was a very important feature when some other auction platforms don't offer shipping at all. We also try to palletize similar items and take the time to spot test and give a more detailed description.
